In Game Updates
Intro: Our God-Perks system is what makes us different from every other server out there. Play the game the way you want it and customise your own playstyle! How it works: You kill opposing God minions to gain God Exp. So if you chose Bandos, you can kill Saradomin+Armadyl+Guthix+Zamorak minions to gain God Exp. You can find enemy God's minions at ::godtrain/::gtrain, at Godwars Dungeon, and throughout the world! Once you get enough God Exp you can level up an ability at ::perks. Some perks can level up multiple time to enhance the text further. Be careful not to kill NPCs that belong to your God! This will cause you to lose God Exp! Commands: Type "::choosegod'' to select a God (Strange Shrine) Type "::Gtrain" or go to Godwars to start getting God Exp. (level 90 recommended) Type ''::perks'' to open your perks menu. Disclaimer: All of this is subject to changes based on player feedback. Find an NPC that you think should give God Exp? Let me know. Think leveling is too fast or too slow? Let me know. Have any other suggestion or ideas for perks? Let me know. The Specs: Open your perk menu by typing ::perks! ARMADYL SCOUT. Dagger focussed spec, focussed on lots of fast hits. Death by a thousand cuts. ARMADYL RANGER. (Ranged spec: Work In Progress.) BANDOS BERSERKER. Two-handed weapon focussed spec. Inaccurate, slow hits. But when it hits it it hits like a TRUCK. Application Format If you have no access to TeamSpeak or if you are staff on another server then your application will be instantly denied. ​ Being an active player, contributing to the sense of community and advertising (and voting obviously) for the server are all factors taking into account when deciding to promote someone to staff. 1) Basic Information - In-Game username: Timezone: Age: Do you have access to TeamSpeak and a working microphone? (yes/no) Do you have the ability to record an advertising video? (yes/no) Are you multilingual? (Fluent in multiple languages. Not just learning a new one.) 2) Where are you most active on Safe Haven? Do you actively use the forums? Do you enjoy being in-game more? Do you prefer PKing, PVMing or Skilling? 3) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? 4) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details. 5) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Helper and you mute a well-known player. Their mates start spamming you, calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do? 6) Tell us about one of your best moments on Safe Haven! 7) Tell us about a time you made a mistake within the last year? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? 8) Why do you think you are fit for the role? 9) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? In-Game Rules.
In Rules
Rules are subject to change, so make sure to check back every now and then to see if anything has changed. Be kind to other players. If you want to swear, go ahead. But don't go off being a dick to people. Racism, homophobism, any other deragatory and discriminatory offenses will not be allowed. Repeated reports by multiple players will result in a 48 hour mute, multiple offences may result in a ban. Staff impersonation is not allowed, if you are reported for doing this with sufficient proof you may be banned on the spot. No clicking bots, any software or autoclicker that copies your mouse movement and clicks gives you an unfair advantage and wil result in a ban. Multi-logging is okay to a degree. You may have up to 2 accounts logged in at once, but both cannot be doing bossing. Your accounts will first get kicked and warned. Repeated offenders may be banned on the spot. Safe spotting is not allowed, if you find a spot where you can practically afk a boss, you have to report it to Jetse. The punishment for safe spotting is a 24 hour ban and the removal of all items obtained while safe spotting. Abusing bugs, if you're found conciously abusing a bug rather than reporting them this could easily result in a ban. All items acquired during the abuse will be returned or your account will be permanently banned. We have the right to guess what you have gained from abusing the bug and remove these items from you. Don't spam, Continuous spamming that has no real value will result in a mute.
